Libya 2030 Future Lab: 900+ Applicants, 30-40 Selected per Region / 2030 ورش عمل لمستقبل ليبيا: أكثر من 900 متقدم، واختيار 30-40 لكل منطقة

The registration phase for the Libya 2030 Future Labs has officially closed with an overwhelming response of 905 young people applying from across Libya. This impressive number reflects the strong desire among Libyan youth to engage contribute and shape the future of their communities. For each region Tripoli, Benghazi and Sebha 30 to 40 participants have now been selected to join a multi phase workshop series focused on developing solutions to key societal challenges.

At the heart of the Future Labs lies a central question How can young people in Libya actively contribute to shaping their country’s future? The workshops are designed to address this question directly. Through a structured design thinking process consisting of three phases analysis ideation and testing participants will develop concrete project ideas tailored to the needs of their respective regions. They will learn how to solve complex problems creatively collaborate in teams and translate their ideas into actionable impactful concepts.

Beyond developing solutions the Future Labs aim to strengthen democratic skills foster a sense of collective agency and build a cross regional network of young changemakers.

In this moment of social transformation as many Libyans seek new avenues for engagement and participation the Future Labs provide a vital space for creative dialogue collaborative learning and forward looking action. They empower young people to recognize and use their voices not only to imagine change but to co create it.

Our Trainers

Meet the experts guiding the Libya 2030 Future Lab workshops:

Antonieta Alcorta Rosales holds a Master’s degree in Peace and Security from the University of Hamburg and has over 15 years of experience as a university lecturer and researcher. She specializes in design thinking sustainability entrepreneurship and transformative learning. Antonieta has led numerous workshops on civic engagement and innovation and has a strong background in project management and social media coordination. Currently she works as a researcher at the University of Vechta focusing on sustainability entrepreneurship and innovation.

Mohamed Kndeer is a Libyan facilitator and civic engagement expert with a degree in Information Technology from the University of Tripoli. With over seven years of experience he has collaborated with organizations such as UNDP NDI and the Danish Refugee Council. Mohamed’s expertise includes strategic communication media literacy democratic participation and youth empowerment. An accomplished debate champion he has represented Libya internationally and trained hundreds of young people in critical thinking and dialogue. His approach emphasizes cultural relevance participatory methods and amplifying local voices to foster inclusive community driven change.

We look forward to working with the selected participants and are excited to see the ideas perspectives and initiatives that will emerge through the Future Labs. The most promising concepts will be featured in our Libya 2030 Magazine and presented at the public launch event in Tripoli in November 2025.

أُغلق باب التسجيل رسميًا لورش عمل مختبرات المستقبل ليبيا 2030 بعد تلقي استجابة هائلة حيث تقدم ٩٠٥ شباب وشابات من مختلف أنحاء ليبيا للمشاركة. يعكس هذا العدد الكبير الرغبة القوية بين الشباب الليبي للمساهمة والمشاركة في تشكيل مستقبل مجتمعاتهم. تم اختيار ٣٠ إلى ٤٠ مشاركًا لكل منطقة طرابلس بنغازي وسبها للانضمام إلى سلسلة ورش عمل متعددة المراحل تركز على تطوير حلول لتحديات اجتماعية رئيسية.

تدور مختبرات المستقبل حول سؤال محوري كيف يمكن للشباب في ليبيا أن يساهموا بنشاط في تشكيل مستقبل بلدهم تم تصميم الورش لمعالجة هذا السؤال بشكل مباشر. ومن خلال عملية التفكير التصميمي المنظمة والتي تتكون من ثلاث مراحل التحليل وتوليد الأفكار والاختبار سيطور المشاركون أفكار مشاريع ملموسة تلبي احتياجات مناطقهم. وسيتعلمون كيفية حل المشكلات المعقدة بشكل إبداعي والتعاون ضمن فرق وتحويل أفكارهم إلى مفاهيم قابلة للتنفيذ ذات تأثير.

بعيدًا عن تطوير الحلول تهدف مختبرات المستقبل إلى تعزيز المهارات الديمقراطية وزرع الشعور بالوكالة الجماعية وبناء شبكة عابرة للمناطق من صناع التغيير الشباب.

في هذه اللحظة من التحول الاجتماعي مع سعي كثير من الليبيين لإيجاد طرق جديدة للمشاركة توفر مختبرات المستقبل مساحة حيوية للحوار الإبداعي والتعلم التشاركي والعمل المستقبلي فهي تمكن الشباب من إدراك أصواتهم واستخدامها ليس فقط لتخيل التغيير بل للمشاركة في صياغته.

مدربونا: تعرف على الخبراء الذين يقودون ورش عمل مختبرات المستقبل ليبيا 2030

تحمل أنطونيتا ألكورتا روزاليس درجة الماجستير في السلام والأمن من جامعة هامبورغ ولديها أكثر من ١٥ عامًا من الخبرة كأستاذة جامعية وباحثة تتخصص في التفكير التصميمي وريادة الأعمال المستدامة والتعلم التحولي قادت أنطونيتا العديد من ورش العمل في مجال المشاركة المدنية والابتكار ولديها خلفية قوية في إدارة المشاريع وتنسيق وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تعمل حاليًا كباحثة في جامعة فيشتا مع تركيز على الاستدامة وريادة الأعمال والابتكار.

محمد كنديرميسر ليبي وخبير في المشاركة المدنية حاصل على درجة في تكنولوجيا المعلومات من جامعة طرابلس لديه أكثر من سبع سنوات من الخبرة وعمل مع منظمات مثل UNDP وNDI والمجلس الدنماركي للاجئين تشمل خبرته الاتصالات الاستراتيجية والتمكين الإعلامي والمشاركة الديمقراطية وتمكين الشباب كبطل في المناظرات مثل ليبيا دوليًا ودرب مئات الشباب على التفكير النقدي والحوار يركز منهجه على الملاءمة الثقافية والأساليب التشاركية ويهدف إلى تعزيز أصوات المجتمع المحلي لتحقيق التغيير الشامل.

نتطلع إلى العمل مع المشاركين المختارين ونحن متحمسون لرؤية الأفكار والرؤى والمبادرات التي ستنبثق من خلال مختبرات المستقبل سيتم عرض أفضل المفاهيم في مجلة ليبيا 2030 وستُقدم في الحدث الافتتاحي العام في طرابلس في نوفمبر ٢٠٢٥.
