Libya 2030 Future Lab
A 3-day interactive online workshop where young changemakers from across Libya come together to explore civic challenges, learn Design Thinking methods, and co-create innovative project ideas.
The goal: Strengthen democratic participation and build real solutions for Libyaโs future.
What We Do
Because we believe that change must be built by Libyans, for Libya.
Democracy is not imported โ it grows when people have the tools, space, and trust to shape it themselves.
Libya 2030 Future Lab
Design Thinking Workshops in Tripoli, Benghazi & Sebha โ creative problem-solving formats bringing together youth, CSOs, and artists.
Awareness & Media Campaigns
Social media, public messaging, and press outreach for democratic values and citizen engagement.
Libya 2030 Magazine
A national publication co-created by Libyan youth, experts, and creatives โ showcasing visions, essays, and art for Libyaโs democratic future.
Libya 2030 Launch Event
A public platform to present results, network stakeholders, and celebrate civic voices.
Our Objectives
Safe Spaces
Create safe spaces for expression, storytelling, and debate.
Marginalized Groups
Support marginalized voices and underrepresented communities.
Trust
Build trust in democratic processes and inclusive leadership.
Awareness
Strengthen democratic awareness and civic education.
Participation
Promote youth participation in shaping political futures.
In a fragmented political landscape, we create space for new ideas, creative expression, and meaningful civic engagement.

Libya 2030 and the SDGs
Our project contributes to several of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs):

Libya 2030 promotes civic dialogue and inclusive participation as a foundation for peace, understanding, and stronger institutions.

The project bridges regional and social divides by engaging young people from Tripoli, Benghazi, and Sebha equally in a shared vision process.

Through interactive online trainings, Libya 2030 strengthens civic education, critical thinking, and the ability to shape society.

Libya 2030 is built on international cooperation and multi-stakeholder partnerships across diaspora networks, local actors, and funding institutions.
